Small park, nice for a little picnic, no real toys for kids, which is kinda nice cause there wasn't a bunch of kids there, lol

It is a park adjacent to the Shimogyo Ward Library and Shutoku Children's Center. Isn't it reasonably large for a park in the town? There are about 8 benches, and there are few playground equipment, but there is a small waterfall. Isn't it a good idea to have lunch while watching the children playing and listening to the sound of the flowing water?
