Fantastic meal and is located near Niigata station making it easy to access. Ingredients were fresh and food was well prepped. It makes sense that they have ventured out of Niigata to other parts of Japan to try and showcase to everyone what Niigata has to offer!

The sashimi and the clerk were good.
Both the luxury and freshness of the sashimi were good.
In a private room, you can drink alcohol in a spacious and calm manner.
Half-fried chicken is another one. The oil is not completely drained, and the oil persistence is impressive.
The sirloin looks like rock, so I bake it, but it was difficult to control the temperature and the oil spattered, and the shirt became quite dirty. Quality and taste are also ★ 3.
It seems to be a restaurant that shines with seafood such as sashimi and grilled fish.
料理も雰囲気もいいですね。
ちょっといいお客さんの時にはまた使わせてもらいます。お料理のビジュアルはもう少し地味でもいいのでコスト下げてくれるとなおいいかなと思う。
