Very unhelpful staff, they didn’t even try to help me. They said they can only speak Japanese and had zero intention in trying to understand what I was trying to say even though I tried to use google translate. What a shame, the shop is really nice with great quality products but the staff from the first floor is terrible. I have never been treated like this in Japan. I’m very disappointed!

Modifying my review now because staff at the 2F apparel section are really friendly and accommodating. Although I haven't visited the 1F again so I wouldn't know if the mechanics downstairs are already okay.

Smaller than kanpachi shop which is closed unfortunately. Items are well stuffed. But not much.

It is a rare shop with a dedicated corner for Pinarello. You can see completed cars of F10 and F12, which you can not usually see often, and even more unusual vehicles such as Greville and Bolide. In addition, there are many rare parts such as direct mount derailleur hanger, head cap for attaching a general-purpose stem to F10, and short nose saddle of Most. These are very rare in online shops, or because they are only expensive personal purchases, it would be very helpful to have such a shop. The clerk at the parts sales floor on the second floor is also impressed with a smiling face, and they serve me kindly.

The product displays on the 2nd floor are lined up by manufacturer, which makes shopping tiring. I want the display to be organized in the sales floor such as gloves and wear ... Why are the other items disjointed even though the helmet and shoes are separated? Please correct it 🤲 Also, it is a pity that the e-bike is out of stock.
