Staff was very polite and fast. The whole rental car experience from this branch was completely exceptional. They were even kind enough to let me take a picture with my rental car after dropping it off. Departure and returns are also very easy in this branch. When departing the staff was kind enough to direct me into traffic. And when returning, they have a nice driveway to return your car into. Above and beyond! This branch is superb! Best rental car experience I’ve had, not only in Japan. But internationally too.

I always use it. I always think "Thank you" for the snappy movements of the staff. This time, I asked him to wash his private car, and he even cleaned the inside of the car for only 1,100 yen, and even the wheels were shiny. This is also "Thank you". Good luck in the future. It is a rental car shop with high service quality of the staff. I recommend it.
