Membership price is low. The customer service of the clerk is good. The car is pretty clean. Parking is small! !! If you are a beginner, please ask a clerk when you leave. Also, it's not a store in front of the station. It takes about 5 minutes on foot... Addendum Unlike other rental car stores, the late charge is severe.

If you make a reservation in advance, the system that you can leave immediately if you hold the Times card is convenient. When it is a platinum member with Times Car Plus, the discount rate is quite high. The place walks a bit from the station, but I think that it is not bad. The parking space was a bit far from the office, and when I first used it got lost. I think that it is more polite if there is a map than only the explanation of the oral base. Hospitality depends on people, but is generally polite and impressions a lifetime. If you want to borrow in a short time or early morning, Times Car Plus is convenient, but if you borrow more than 24 hours Times Car Rental has discounts and you can use it better than other companies.
