Great customer service! Not all employees know English, but the ones that do, speak extremely well. The gym is very clean, with a mixture of both old school equipment, as well as newer, modern equipment. If I could, I would give this gym a rating of 6 stars, without a doubt... Keep it up Gold’s!

From Saitama Shintoshin Station ... Located a few minutes' walk away, convenient for going home from work! The inside of GYM is also spacious ... Easy to train ❗ The staff are very responsive and the instructors are highly knowledgeable! If you are thinking about other GYM, please come! ... I recommend Gold's Gym! ️ The same goes for Gold's Gym at other stores!
