This will receive a 4 star rating once all single-use-plastic items are banned and removed. This includes all packaging, utensils, straws, plastic bags, etc Fantastic mall, with a large selection of products. From electronics to camping to computers and laptops, games and toys for all ages, some game related arts and crafts and specialised sporting attire, Cocoon 3 offers a wide variety of gadgets and even a few restaurants and cafés.

Many shops, but parking is ridiculously expensive. Starting at about 200 yen per 30 minutes.
