The twin women run the popular bagel store vivant in Musashi Urawa. In the autumn of 2017, the twin sister opened next to the vivant at the bakery Jardin du Soleil Using natural yeast from the Shirakami Mountains, simple and uncompromised bread is available. It is open at 8am and basically closed on Mondays. There are many English muffins and Danish, mainly hard type bread, but the bread that has been placed since the opening was evolving day by day. Lately I've been cutting hard bread, baking it, and eating it with butter, which is the weekend style. You can also make sandwiches if you order, which is also delicious. I cut the bread I bought myself and sanded beef pastrami or smoked salmon with cream cheese, or sanded spam and scrambled eggs, but it's a good balance of taste and hardness, so I recommend it. However, Danish is sold out at 10am early, and especially on Sundays it is sold out around noon.
