It is very convenient to be close to the station. I like the sauna, but it feels like the whole facility is a little older.

Training facilities are poor due to cardio and studio bias, so if you want to train in earnest you should go elsewhere.
The clerk's attitude was extremely bad and unpleasant.
There is no explanation at all though it should be possible to drink protein and hydrogen water by the admission privilege. It's a bit blurry. Many of the staff can not even say hello, and they can be held between one hand while talking with each other at the time of reception. The customers sit on the machine, mess around with their cell phones, and can not train as if they feel badly turning. The quality of the staff is bad and customers are awful because they are not careful at all. Especially the fat staff at the reception is the worst.
