I'm only using the pool, so that's the impression, but overall I'm almost satisfied. In addition to the 25m swimming pool for swimming, it is very good to have a 15m exercise pool for aquabics. At the gym I used to go to, Aquabics occupied half of the 25m pool, and the swimming course was sometimes overcrowded, but this is not the case.
The powder room and shower room are also reasonably clean.
However, in the evening, the kids pool starts at the 25m pool, and the water quality deteriorates as soon as possible, so I avoid that time. It's a pity that there is no membership system that only uses the pool.
Stretching once a week is a reward for exercising in the gym every day.
Stretching makes your body lighter and refreshes your mind and body.
I'm always looking forward to stretching days.
It is close to the north exit of Urawa station and easy to get to. I think the greetings and correspondence of the staff are also good.
It was helpful to have a detailed explanation of how to use the equipment. I felt that the counseling time was a little long.
The machine is the latest and you can train various parts, and it is highly recommended that you can run while watching YouTube.
