It's neither good nor bad. It is convenient to use it 24 hours a day. It may be unavoidable, but the point that you can not make an exercise menu is a minus. The staff spends a lot of time in private rooms, making it difficult to talk to them. The impression that the female staff is almost closed and does not work much 💦 The oldest father's staff was careful not to speak to the person who was singing lip-synching without wearing earphones on the treadmill the other day. Isn't it better to be careful after confirming it properly? I think I'm checking with the camera just by moving my mouth, but I'm sorry for those who were careful. Although the facilities are good, the level of staff is quite low.

We use it on weekday daytime limited plans. It's easy to use because the time is free.

The space is large. There is a supermarket + supermarket back room space downstairs. Recommended to visit. The staff is like a maintenance staff. I think there is a trade-off with the price here, When competition is increasing, it may become an issue for stores. Because of this feeling, I've never met a scene where myself and other trainees would be warned. I'm passive for good and bad. I mainly use the free training area. Many people are accustomed to training, so everyone is familiar with etiquette. Request ・ Even other people commented, I would like to fix the toilet. ・ Place your belongings at the hand-washing unit in the changing room I want a shelf. ・ I want an Incline Bench at the cable machine. As a service, I would be happy if the family of day members would like to use it only on Saturdays and Sundays, or if there are more detailed options. I'm looking forward to it.

I became a member of this gym for the first time, but unexpectedly unexpectedly I am not too bothered. Rather, it is suitable for myself who is not good at talking with people. Also, because it is open 24 hours, I can go anytime at my leisure so I can continue on my own.
