A phantom bakery. It doesn't seem to be open only on weekends, and you can only know if it's open on that day from Facebook, the owner of "Aunt Jam" who writes around 10am. Anpan made from Miyoshi sweet potatoes and bread with apple jam are extremely delicious. All of them are popular items, so confirmation or reservation is required.

All the breads are very delicious, but I recommend bagels ❗ Lighter and easier to eat than regular bagels, I've become a fan 😊

You can eat bread made from natural yeast. I think it's quite delicious. Please note that it is in a place where you will pass by if you are not careful.
