数ヵ月前の治療費を計算間違えたから、今回請求しますと、治療後に淡々と言われ計算間違えは常に起きているんじゃないかと思う位謝罪もなく事務的に言われた。 しかも事実が分かってても治療後に言うことに悪意を感じた。 逆に計算間違えて多く徴収したとしてもおそらく患者には報告しないんじゃないかと感じさせられる態度だった。 初歩的な計算も出来ない上に謝罪も出来ない歯科に通うことは今後難しいと思う。 雰囲気含め好きだったので、非常にがっかり。

I went to put it in again, but I had to repeat that I could get it again. When I put it in, I asked for it to be firmly put in, but this temporary tooth is difficult. At the end, the director came out and said, "It's difficult." When I got it off again, I got sick of it, and when I had another dentist put it in, I couldn't get it at all. I will never go to Apita Asai dentistry again.

The next thing was also consulted and the staff at the reception desk also responded well. I think that it is better to go to a different dentist if you do not fall into rating 1 too much and try it and think that it is no good.
