A bakery at the intersection of Setagaya Dori and Kannana. I heard that the procession was amazing, but I wanted to go there once. It was always closed when I passed by car, but it seems that it is open only on weekday midday nights.
I bought croissants @ 400, some tarts @ 850, pies, sandwiches @ 1000-1200.
○ Croissant
The croissant is thick and crispy.
The next day is moist. It will revive a little when warmed up, but the day is the best.
○ Tart
Purchased several types. It was Steuben Tart that was good. Bistache dough and fruits are calculated and the balance is completed. It was a fruit with seeds, so it's uncomfortable to put out the seeds, but it's delicious. It was also written on the price card that there were seeds.
○ Sandwich
Filet mignon and truffles were usually delicious.
The white fish and king crab smelled. There were some cartilage-like things in it. Did you forget to take it? Is it a scale for a moment? I thought.
The bread itself is heavy with ciabatta and bread.
In addition, the seasoning such as sauce was not delicate and the depth was not felt. Some of them are heavy and annoying. I bought several kinds, but I get tired of it.
The unit price of sandwiches is high, but the volume of ingredients is large, and I don't think it is as bad as cost performance. However, I didn't like the taste in the first place.
By the way, it is strange that some people keep buying for many years until they wait in line for more than two hours. Where do people who have multiple large bags and buy a lot of them take them after 19:00? The best-by date for sandwiches will be the same day or tomorrow. Aside from Stollen and pound cake, holding a large amount of tarts and croissants will only reduce the taste. If you eat it while it's delicious, you'll be worried about eating that amount, high calories, a lot of butter, and a lot of sugar.
There is no way to buy up a large amount of people who seem to be such regulars, and it is just an explosive purchase. How about etiquette without feeling any consideration for the back? Restaurant regulars want other people to know how delicious it is, and they want to refrain from giving it to others, but it seems different.
Aside from the morning, it's a waste of time to line up at this time. As a French restaurant, I feel that it is better to eat a delicious course menu in a calm place. There are also many delicious bakeries and cake shops.
If it's a delicious and moving store, it's not a pain to wait in line, even if it's expensive, but this is different. Maybe I was expecting too much.
The next time I buy it, I just happen to pass by and buy a tart if there is no line.
Irregular business 19:02 ~ It is a super difficult reservation store.
We arrived at 18:00 on weekdays and waited for 16 people. It was opened at 18:47 and was put in the store at 19:42. Almost all have been sold out. Regular customers buy 20 or so abnormal. It seems that the people in the front row had been waiting since the night before. ..
Both sandwiches and croissants are normal. It's usually delicious, but I thought it would be this price at such a price.
If you want to go here, I recommend "Hamadaya". Hamadaya is definitely better in taste and price.
Cospa is too bad anyway.
I had to buy it because it was lined up, but I bought it for about 400 yen with one croissant.
The price and taste do not match, not bad, but very oily.
Neither the reason for the queue nor the users who buy in a bargain make sense.
There are a lot of taste sensations that you misunderstand that it is delicious if you use abundant butter, but it is not as delicious bread as you want to buy side by side, and it is not asked whether it is worth 400 yen.
Speaking of old-fashioned croissants, it sounds good, but since 10 years ago, the mainstream is a croissant that has a crispy and comfortable texture that is made by folding multiple layers of thin fabric and the concept is backlit.
This is a bakery near my house.
A good fragrance the moment you enter the store. Not to mention freshly baked, the bread to be eaten the next morning is also quite delicious.
To be honest, I don't know why this store is touted.
Basically, the restaurant is usually opened around 19:00, but it is normal for manias to start lining up at around 18:00 and have around 10 people lining up at the time of rotation. After passing around 20 o'clock, croissants etc. may remain, so I purchased it a couple of times, but using plenty of butter to cheat the taste of the croissant dough, the calories are high, but as a taste It is a very disappointing bread of the second class.
Although the name is quite under the sky of Paris, it actually sells a level of bread that is unmatched in Parisian croissants.
The shape is crescent, so it may be margarine instead of butter. No confirmation has been made.
