Too many rules, you can’t do this, you can’t do that. Really discriminatory, and rude. Hope they go out of business. Don’t go there, they’ll just suck your money.
Crappy gym full of discrimination with foreigners. Tell your staff to brush their teeth and check their poop breath.
The impression was that the measures to prevent corona infection were being implemented well, so I felt relieved. Shields are installed between the machines, and each person disinfects with alcohol and towels when using, and studio lessons are performed by deciding the standing position at 2m intervals. Therefore, the number of participants is limited.
It's been about 5 years since I started going. I go on average 3 days a week. All the staff and instructors are very kind. I spend a few hours with a machine, a studio, and a pool, but thanks to it, it is very helpful in maintaining my health. Moreover, the number of friends has increased considerably.

I was a member of Preon Sengendai three years ago, but I joined again.
The building is beautiful, but the machine may be a bit old. The bath has a carbonated bath and a 90 ° C dry sauna, but no water bath. What about having a sauna but no water bath? If you have a sauna, you probably have a water bath.
Before joining, I went to Jexar near Omiya Station. The gym is beautiful and the machine is new. The water bath sauna was fully equipped. Jexar had quite a few young people, but the gym here is mostly elderly.
