If you ask a question, you're just asking, "Why don't you know that?" If the packed package moves a little in the box, "I don't know if it breaks. I will not take responsibility." How about customer service that makes users uncomfortable? I don't want excessive service. As a member of society, I would like to have a minimum of common sense customer service.
