bad service at counter, especially the Chinese speaking staff. totally not helpful and inflexible. the car rented isn't top notch. better to go for established car rental companies

Booked a Honda Fit from Kansai Airport for an 8 days cruise to Shikoku. Service counter staff spoke just passable English but was helpful and efficient. Especially, a map showing nearby fuel top up stations (with phone number for easy Sat Nav setup) is most useful. Car was in good condition, clean and with only a few barely visible scratches. Return processing was in good order but a little slow. Low Rental fee inclusive insurance was main plus point.

I strongly suggest other rental companies. Orix is expensive, there is a ton of hidden charges. The staff at the airport outlet don't speak enough English to be helpful. I had better experience with other companies.

Staff was very friendly and polite and spoke perfect English and Mandarin. They gave great advice and clear instructions.

Top rent a car!!!! The car was brand new and the service was 5 star quality! Totally recommend it!!!!
