Nippon Rent-A-Car

We rent a car for Chinese New year 2019. We have not been back for couple years. Things changes a lot and so as the people and staff. The staff seemed very fed-up and very impatient; I felt sorry for the overcoming tourists and as well as the staff. And it's a long way from the office counter to the rental car area, for me and my 2 young kids to drag the luggages, but the staff offered no help. Guess it's standard:( very impatient explained to me that even I got full coverage insurance i would still have to call police to generate a for report even for a smallest sketches. I found it very non sense; very unpleasant experience or maybe we expected too much!

When the plane arrived at night, I rented it at the airport and returned it to the airport, but the staff's response was regrettable. It was open 24 hours ago, so I was able to rent it comfortably even if I took a late-night flight, but it was a shame that the opening hours were shortened.
