Terrible. I tried to change the gearbox, but the rear tires were slanted and I got 1,000 yen. The cap was returned with the center cap of the rear tire removed. I'll go get it tomorrow.

The tire/tube replacement (rear wheel) starts from ¥3500, but the outside of the store says, but it was actually ¥6000. The tires were also made in china or korea Amazon and were less than 2000 yen. I wanted to know the parts and wages, so I asked for the details, but I was told that I could only give a receipt of 6000 yen. The condition after assembly is not so good, and I think the technology is low.

Although it says that it is open until 19:00, I went to the store at 18:50 and the chain came off, so when I tried to have it fixed, I was told that it was past 19:00. If it's an ordinary shop, you can do it ... I went to the store because the back chain was off and I couldn't fix it, but the clerk said, "You can fix the back chain!" And I couldn't fix it, so I stopped by the store. !! I thought. I did say "Repairs are welcome", but I don't think repairs are welcome at all. I felt very uncomfortable, so I don't think I'll go to Cycle Shop Rico again.
