I haven't actually been to the shop yet, but I just bought a Tern folding bike from these guys (had it shipped to the US) and the service was awesome. These guys really know bikes, ESPECIALLY folding bikes. I highly recommend Velo Kitchen and look forward to visiting them in person soon!

I bought the Mini Velo Tern N8 for the first time. For me as a beginner, ① How to fold ② Riding position ③ How to put air in the French valve and proper air pressure ④ How to use the wheel bag ⑤ Security (earth lock) ⑥ Replacement tube size ⑦ Maintenance is detailed and easy for beginners to understand I had you explain. As is often the case with beginners, even if you understand it on the spot, you will soon forget the procedure. As a memorandum, I was kindly advised to take a video, so I can remember the points to note as if I was watching my own explanation YouTube. Perhaps because of the store owner's personality, the customers who were there were kind, and even the My puncture repair kit for touring was shown, which was very helpful. It's a very kind and comfortable shop to buy the first one.

There are plenty of test rides, and after all, the parts for about 10,000 yen are upgraded free of charge at the time of purchase, so it is more profitable than other stores. They will answer this question politely and frankly, so even if you think "it's cheaper to buy online!", It's worth a visit.
