本日朝に大切な家族である飼い猫が亡くなりました。今までペットを飼ったことがなかったので、火葬して頂ける所を親戚に聞いたところこちらを紹介して頂きました。昼頃TELしましたらすぐ折り返しご連絡頂けまして、個別プレミアムを申し込みまして15:00に火葬車が自宅前に来て下さりました。当日中に火葬をお願いしたかったので、迅速な対応で大変助かりました。火葬スタッフの方に丁寧に対応して下さり、納骨の際に色々と教えて頂けたのでありがたかったです。

My dog died at night, and the reception was around 22:00, but I received a phone call at 7 am the next morning, as requested. The telephone response was very polite. I applied for a bone-picking premium and came to the cremation car at 11:00 on the day. I was relieved that the people who came came to treat me carefully. At first, I was thinking of having the cremation in the garden, but I heard that the sound and smell would still come out, so I moved to another place and cremated. It finished around 12:40 including the bone picking. Notice ・Open the rear door of the crematorium and pull out the crematorium, but it will be completely visible. If there is a curtain on the side of the rear door, I think you can pick up the bones without worrying about your neighbors. ・Premium was displayed from 15,000 yen, but The urn was a separate charge, and the displayed price did not include tax, so it was a 3.5 kg dog, but it was a pity that the total cost was about 26,400 yen. It's difficult to compare several companies after things happen, so it might be better to compare them in advance when it's time to do so.
