ネットで宅配注文をしました。ネット上ではお届け時間40分だったのですが、1時間経っても来ず、電話で確認するとまだ出発していない、今から行きますとのこと。 電話対応も、もたもたしていて人の話を聞いてるかどうか分からないような様子。 こちらの口コミをきちんと見てから注文すべきでした。 もう2度と頼みません。

店舗受け取りにしましたが、来店しても基本的に無視でした。声かけても少々お待ちくださいとはいいつつ放置。なんだか気分は良くなかったです。

I like Pizza-La pizza and ordered this shop about 10 times, but most of them are delivered in a cool condition. It is usually delivered after the scheduled time. Sometimes the side menu arrived in an empty box (and a used box). It seems that the education level for part-time jobs is low. I am satisfied with switching to a local chain store.
