I asked for trimming the toy poodle. They were very kind and polite. He also made detailed suggestions for cutting and taught me various things. I was worried that I wouldn't be annoyed because I'm still a puppy, but when I picked up, I got a comment from the person in charge and a print such as a photo of the trimming process, The staff also told me what it looked like. The environment of the small animal cage was very bad. In particular, birds are also low in perches, and there are a few children whose hair is soiled because it isn't good at cleaning feces and urine.

There were three staff members, but (1) a trimmer, only the customer is available. (2) Talking to the customer "squatting down" at the tropical fish section. (3) The only male staff. Phone only. Other customers seemed to ignore it, and as a customer service business it was a point of failure

I went to buy appreciation fish, I did not have any particular fish of particular interest. I think that there is also timing of arrival, but also dissatisfied in terms of quantity. More than anything, there is no ingenuity to show, so the fish itself can not be seen well. At other pet plazas, I think about the lighting effect and are doing an exhibition that I really want. What is disappointing is the poor correspondence of store clerks. If you ask me questions, my job seems to be preferred.
