Visited today. Judgemental, nosy, and unprofessional salesgirls... felt extremely uncomfortable and although we liked Lululemon’s products very much, we didn’t even want to try on and quickly left. Don’t want to spend our money here.

We were in Osaka from California for a brief food trip, walked in to check out what they had. Chris helped us out and his customer service was exceptional. He spoke English, Chinese and Japanese! He picked out some great attire for Japan. Also he gave us some great food recommendations.

Typical awesome service. Good product range esp for Winter. Staff can speak English and Tax back service here too. Just bring your passport.

We flew in from San Francisco and on our way back from the Suntory distillery stopped by and checked out the Lululemon store. The staff was super polite and very helpful! We met Chris and found he was friendly and able to speak to us in English. Definitely a very good experience when it came to questions and anything we needed. Offered to hold our items by the counter until we were done shopping! Also, one of the staff helped me understand how to pronounce Lululemon, haha.

Excellent and friendly staff many of whom can speak English. Prices are a little higher compared to back in Canada or USA.
