Do NOT buy here. Staff is very unhelpful if you don't know japanese and prices are expensive inside store (better buy online). I bought some expensive sneakers there. After about ten minutes of use one of my toes started bleeding. I went to the store to return them. The staff just repeated "no return" over and over again. I tried to explain the situation (even used google translator) but the answer was the same. I understood that the shoes were already used, but what really bothered me was that they didn't even care to understand what I was trying to say. I don't recommend buying here unless you know japanese.

I was looking for a pair of shoes and found what was on display, so when I asked the clerk, "May I try it on?", He looked suspicious. I'm an older man, so I think he's an employee, not a part-time job, but when I ask an employee to serve customers, I feel that it's a bit too harsh to eat this treatment. I honestly wondered what I was misunderstanding at a shoe mass retailer if I was serving SUP ◯ EME customers. After that, there was a corresponding product at ABC-Mart of Links Umeda, so I bought it there. On the contrary, I am really grateful for the insanely polite customer service and the accurate answer to the question. If you go to ABC-Mart in Umeda, Lynx Umeda is recommended.
