Although it is far from Kusatsu Station, it is a popular shop that customers often go to. The roll cake and baumkuchen are especially popular and are not too sweet, and I think that even those who are not good at sweetness can enjoy it deliciously. There are various kinds of cakes, and there are many delicious and bright cakes made with seasonal fruits. There are also baked goods, so it's a great gift. It's difficult, but I think it would be even nicer if there was an eat-in space.

エスコヤマで修行された方のお店です。正統派のケーキが並んでおり、4つ買いましたがどれもおいしかったです。ミツヤロールがイチオシのようなので、次回食べてみたいです。

I have enjoyed it all, so I will comment. This quality is wonderful in the first year of operation. I felt a sense of balm, a roll cake of quality close to that of a master who has accumulated decades of experience. There seems to be good points and bad points, but I would like to expect it in the future. As an aside, Western confectionery here goes well with wine. It seems that the teacher loves wine, so is it inherited as such? I hope that the number of Western-style confectioneries that have been successful in Western sake will increase in the future.

It's hard to find from the road, but it seems to be popular. There is a clerk in the shop as it is, but it seems that only one person is available and it is difficult to get customers. In the end, the inside of the shop was three-packed ... it was so crowded that I was scared and went home.

A shop that boasts Baumkuchen and Swiss roll. At the beginning of the opening, it was quite lined up, but now it feels calm. It's a pity that the number of shortcakes is small. I want to eat Mont Blanc, but I don't leave it at any time.
