Gym is alright. I like how it's open 24/7, but I'm VERY upset/disappointed with their customer service. No mercy to foreigners. They lure you into various free trial options when you first join, however, since you give them your bank info, they automatically withdraw money unless you talk to the staff that you want to quit all those options. The cutoff date for you to make changes to your options is the 25th of each month. However, I didn't know I was charged until they withdrew my money which is every 27th of the month. I had proof that I never used such option and called both the gym AND the customer service to get a refund. The answer was NO because I signed it at the beginning and that I should know (it was in fine print and the staff didn't say a word about it). I asked if I could still slide in to cancel my option for the upcoming month, but they said NO again because it's past the 25th. I talked to customer service twice, but don't waste your time. They're just robots reading off the manual. It doesn't seem like they want to improve their business.

Clean and decently big gym, but has very few basic machines and not enough dumbells. No tattoos allowed.

A penalty fee of 10,000 yen will be taken. It is better not to join the experience with a light feeling. The campaign will not be free unless it lasts for half a year. Please be careful.

There are times when I go to the Ryogoku store and the Kikugawa store, but both countries are wider and more open. However, I am sorry that the bike can not be stopped on the sidewalk recently. I was previously stationed.
