A wonderful place for a terrible time. Staff doesn’t speak English, but they have translated cards to walk you through the options available. Hours and weekend availability are a plus. The dignity and care they bring to helping to say goodbye is commendable, and while it isn’t the kind of place you ever want to point someone to-if you have to say goodbye to a pet who is family while on the island, this is where you should go.

I took care of my beloved cat who spent nine years with him. I was prepared for severe renal failure, but I didn't know what to do when the time came and I was upset and contacted Makoto Sun. I decided to take care of me because I was very relieved to respond to the warm and polite phone call that was close to the feelings of the remaining family. It was really nice to be treated like a funeral of a person in a beautiful facility, and to be able to see off my beloved cat in the warm response of the staff. It's my first time to take care of it, so I can't compare it with other funeral homes, but I think it's a wonderful funeral home with the staff's correspondence and the atmosphere of the facility. I'm really thankful to you.

Thank you very much for your kindness. It's a beautiful facility where you can pray at the memorial monument at any time, and it's surrounded by greenery, so I think it's a very good environment.

It has been 10 years since I came to my house. I have been with me for many years, and I made many memories. I left my family all day long after leaving me alone and I left my house with my baby. When I was looking for a funeral place that could be treated with care until the end, I found out that the word of mouth is great! From the first pick-up to the final delivery It was a truly worthwhile response! There is a family room, and a small animal chopsticks, including items that Chevy used and favorite foods are also included. A message card for each person is also prepared. ! Even after giving incense sticks, please kindly say goodbye slowly until the end! I think I was able to say goodbye slowly and I was also happy! I chose the individual, but the children became bones and I said that I didn't want to see. If you can leave it to the end, you can rest assured! If there are people who are lost I would recommend it! Thank you for your kind response.

I had a funeral for my cat, "Comkuchan", who lived with us for four years on June 30th. It was very kind and polite to deal with the slightly slender men who were in charge. Thanks to you, I was able to finish my first pet funeral. It was a very good place to see off important pets. Thank you very much for giving me a deep bow until I can not see the car even when I get home.
