It was always kind and very polite. The explanation was solid and I was very grateful for the wonderful treatment. But ... Because it is a popular dentist, it is not easy to make a reservation. When I called for urgent viewing, I was told that the reservation would be one month ahead without asking what was happening. If it was not urgent, I wanted to wait and ask, but I couldn't wait for a month, so I decided to find another dentist. When I called another dentist, I asked him what he had at the phone, and he immediately knew it was urgent and made a reservation on the day. I think it is unavoidable that you can not make a reservation because Tamaki Dental is popular, but I am glad if you can respond more flexibly in an emergency.
