Fantastic place to get breakfast and a coffee! This place is great if you are looking for a place to have breakfast. In Japan, it can be hard to find a place to have breakfast. They don't have a culture of eating out for breakfast like in the West. So, whenever there is a place that is open for breakfast, it gets an instant 5 stars. I was super happy to discover this place when I was hungry one morning in Hitoyoshi. So yeah, 5 stars. The breakfast here was simple, but good. The coffee was good, too. And the atmosphere is nice. I recommend having a morning soak in an onsen, and then stopping by this place for some food and a relaxing cup of coffee. (I think this place does lunch and dinner, too.)

As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by the chef, who seemed to really what he does. You could also clearly taste his love of cooking in the food. I ordered the shogayaki (ginger pork), it was both beautiful and delicious. The menu is classic Japanese comfort food. I highly recommend it.

Visiting coffee shops in Hitoyoshi City and developing new ones I found a small coffee shop on the street that dances well! When I dropped in, I was able to use the narrow space well and felt like a coffee shop It was old but clean and quiet A quiet master comes out, I asked for cutlet curry and shrimp curry When I was excited and waited, cutlet came, Sokosoko volume salad, soup up to 800 yen The cutlet is crispy and delicious The bride is a shrimp curry, with big shrimp, open big fried shrimp and fried, it is delicious as crispy. Delicious curry ¥ 800 It was a delicious curry restaurant I also want to stop by for other menus Hitoyoshi City has such a delicious shop! Please drop in once by all means.
