Umicoza Diving School

My girlfriend and me went two days diving with Umicoza and we highly recommend this company. I'm certified but my girlfriend is not, so she took a "Discovery Dive" together with one personal guide and myself. Our guide Kuba was really nice and explained everything to her in great detail. Underwater he took very good care so she had a safe and enjoyable dive experience. I could dive rather independently along with them, making this a perfect experience for both of us. What I found impressive is that Umicoza really takes care of the environment - a guide always checks by snorkeling where to anchor, so no coral are damaged. Also, they collect garbage from the beach where we depart, and also underwater (plastic bags, lost fins). This is a major plus and makes Umicoza even more recommended. The whole team is very friendly and the dive center nicely located in the countryside; lunch is included which you can enjoy in their beautiful garden. Thanks for the great experience!

I had an excellent first diving experience at Umicoza. Our instructor was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us a detailed briefing to easy our nerves, then, before we knew it we were diving! Spent about 30mins diving (which was longer than I was expecting being a total novice) and it was just fantastic. Saw a ton of neat fish and coral. Can't recommend enough.

Excellent and kind staff, some speak very good English. The food and dives were amazing, equipment was of good quality. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to have a great time.
