Breakfast is quite poor I wouldn't even call it breakfast. Rooms are small but that's normal in Japan what makes the rooms bad is that way they are laid out and the paper thin walls. I have been in Japanese hotels with less room but much better layout so I felt comfortable in them not in this hotel. Never again for me.
Staff are all beautiful and extremely friendly, very punctual and helpful. always having a good laugh with you and are always there to help with all your needs. I will miss this place and all the lovely staff! Nakatsu is a lovely place, Would recommend
Excellent service! No issue with our non-smoking room. Loving the humidifier and the amenities provided.
This is really nice hotel with a very accomodating staffs..You'll really love staying here for sure💕
