I went with my wife on Christmas. We had the Christmas set. Everything was delicious. The coasters are made out of geodes, and I broke one accidentally. I think I'm too embarrassed to go back, but you totally should. Just be careful.

It seems to be Niigata's first canelé specialty store 🎵 However, the finish is quite delicious for the price! ️ A fashionable shop on a non-fashionable street from Niigata Station. I think it would be nice if there was only one stylish street like Tokyo in Niigata, but this might be more noticeable 🎵 (additional, after that I happened to sell Canelé of Chez Rui, so I compared it, but a little The difference was, but I wasn't defeated 🎵)

A shop recommended by a friend and always wanted to go. It was more delicious than the rumors. The menu is only for the course, but the concept of "small and many dishes" is followed by beautiful dishes of a size that is nice for women. The creativity can be enjoyed by imitating caprese with strawberries and mascarpone, or combining macarons with photograss and ruleche (jam pears from Niigata) as an appetizer. Rare cheesecake for dessert was considered as colander tofu. Blueberry sauce was in the soy sauce bottle. It is said that each dish is a special selection by a long-established Western tableware in Niigata. On the table, the ingredients used for the course at that time are noted, and you can slowly look back on what you are eating. The dishes were carefully explained each time we served. It is a famous store that I would like to visit again.

It is a store specializing in Kanure. I ate it for the first time, but the sweetness is just right when I eat it with coffee or tea. Best choice for souvenirs!
