A cheap plan will lend you a car that you will be amazed at (you don't have to worry about running, so join the customer! If NOC compensation is included, it's cheap).
Is it relatively tolerant? (Of course, you have to be extremely careful not to hurt yourself, and if you do, police action is required.)
