I'm only giving it 4 stars because to be honest, it was an unremarkable and slightly boring place during my August 2020 visit. I knew I'd missed the main purple blossom attraction but I'd hoped they'd do a little of something else as the seasons change, I guess not. It's very clean and it is a relaxing place with a cafe, lot's of parking spaces and beautiful countryside however, I was left underwhelmed by the park itself sadly as it was just...green!

Good place to rest. Parking available for 500yen during shibazakura season.
