以前買って美味しかったので再訪問しました。
細切麺が欲しかったけど、夏9月迄の販売とのことで今回は買えなかった。代わりに冬場販売の煮込み用の極太は販売が始まっていたので買うことが出来た。保存用のうどんはここが一番美味しい。
太切麺は思ったほど太くなく、一般的なうどんの大きさだった。逆に細切麺は思っていた以上に細かった。釜あげで食べたけど、どちらもコシが有りしかもモチモチした、小麦の香りのする美味しい麺でした。細切麺は茹で時間が３分程なので早く食べれて便利。出汁は少し甘めの好みの味でした。

Strongly recommend to go here to buy “Udon noodle” for your family! This shop’s Packed Udon is absolutely no.1!! You can buy a Udon soup as well. Very close to the castle.
