This is an absolute gem of a hotel in Myoko, the staff are all super friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, there is a small Onsen that you can book for private family use, the daily hot breakfast was absolutely amazing. We could ask to get dropped off into town if the car was free, which is only about a 10-15 minute walk, but when it's raining or snowing heavily it was an awesome service. The gondola for Akakura Kanko is literally across the road. Overall we had an awesome time staying here and want to thank all the staff for making us feel welcome and accommodating our family for all the drop off requests. 100% will stay again if we are visiting Myoko.

Amazing staff, will drop you into town or back to the train station. Is right across the road from Akakura Kanko ski resort and short walk from Akakura Onsen. In the basement they have free laundry and a small ski gear workshop. Not luxury accommodation but for the price it can't be faulted.

The staff here are amazing. Brian looked after us mainly and was extremely helpful and polite. Our stay was pleasant and confortbale. Thanks guys, highly recommend.

Loved this hotel, Brian and the staff were amazing, I would have loved to spend all Of our holiday there. Gorgeous facilities, lovely menu and it is close to a number of other restaurants, over the road from a ski lift, ski school and place to sled. We will be back. Thank you for making our stay super special.
