A 24-hour gym along National Route 24. The parking lot is easy to enter from the road, and there are more than 20 cars on the site, making it easy to park. The gym is equipped with the latest machine that can be linked with Apple Watch, hydrogen water (charged) toilet, and shower. In addition, security system (Alsock) is included, so you can be assured of 24-hour security. I think there are many female users. The changing rooms and toilets are also clean, so you can use them comfortably.

I'm surprised that the Honda dealer building near my parents' house has become an anytime fitness and I am surprised! If you try to build a new building in Nara, there may be a ruin, so you can only rent it. With the electronic key, anytime anywhere in the country can be used 24 hours a day. There were some machines that could not be used because the contents were different for each facility, but I thought it was easy to use because it was a spacious facility on the first floor. (I always use two hours on the 2nd and 3rd floors. There are various facilities depending on the area)

It seems that there are few parking lots wide at the 24-hour gym However, anytime is common and water is charged. The lack of a chiller is not good for a gym The shower room is also narrow here and the shower water pressure is low. No shampoo etc.
