Until you rent it, you are kind and polite. I rented a room for Yamako housing management, I am frustrated by the poor response to customer support. Available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year? I'm laughing w I don't want to go out because I like the room, but I don't want to rent it again. I met a company with such a bad response for the first time. I really don't recommend it!

I've lived in this sanko house for about 6 years, but the water bill is high, so when I contacted him to check it, he said that the toilet was leaking due to deterioration over time. I was paid a high water bill for more than half a year. This is also bad that I didn't notice, but it is impossible for me to live alone and have a water bill of over 10,000 yen for two months. Although it is a management company that has a high management fee, it cannot be managed at all. I heard that the contractor would call me back, but I didn't get a call after a week, so I called sanko again and finally the water company contacted me. I have to put up with it because it costs money to move, but I will never borrow it at sanko again.
