I arrived earlier than the opening time of the Katakura Museum, so I spent a little time visiting this art museum. Powerful sculpture was impressive. It is not possible to shoot in the hall.

Regular public art museums do not collect entrance fees from persons with disabilities. However, this pavilion also collects entrance fees for persons with disabilities and their attendance. Moreover, I was very surprised at the response to not issuing tickets. In other words, no receipts have been issued to persons with disabilities and their accompanying persons. Where does the collected entrance fee go? You can see the catchphrase “Suwa City is a city that is friendly to people with disabilities” here and there, but this is a lie. In order to pay the fee, it is natural that the city should give tickets to disabled people and their attendants as well as healthy people. The fact that such a natural thing cannot be done is evidence that the catchphrase is not serious. I thought he was commemorating the ticket. I want the city to develop the sensibility to easily understand that this is obvious discrimination. I spoke verbally to the staff and asked for improvement, but is it really improved?
