The attitude of customer service is too terrible! I asked myself to return something that looked like a defective product, but he said "this is what it is" and did not return it. You've always said, "Because it's a second-hand product," but I think second-hand products and defective products are different. One clerk spoke politely, but the other was too terrible. I think we should review how to serve customers. 14 years in Japan and the worst customer service experienced when trying to make a return. Consignment stores are not junk stores! If a customer has prove that the good is faulty they ’d better make a refund or an exchange without trying to prove to the customer that the faulty good is “supposed” to be like that. There is also a certain way of speaking to a customer and the shop staff are in a dire need of a reminder of customer service! If ever you go CHECK AND RECHECK your good BEFORE exiting that store!

The purchase price is not so good. If you want to sell it at a little higher price, it will take time or labor, but the flea market app is better. The interior of the store is clean, and items that are close to new are mainly exhibited. Therefore, I felt the price was too high for a recycling store. Bargains are mainly used items that are cheaper than new ones.
