There is a big flaw in career guidance! (there were.)
We do not deny the reputation of not only the school but also the alumni association as a "local base advance school" that we are proud of and promote, but be careful of students who think about employment or civil servants based on their own intentions and various circumstances instead of going on to school. You need to be prepared. In a word, it is cold and the support system is thin. That is clear when you look at the major changes in the performance of difficult national and local public servants. In other words, there is a big problem in terms of "fitting to the actual situation of the community, home, and students."
About 10 years ago, it was written on the bulletin board of our school's homepage that "Because it is a preparatory school, the number of successful civil servants in Japan is a problem! Now it is gone and it is normal." Ignorance and irresponsibility that did not take into account the reality of Japan did not close my open mouth.
In addition, a teacher in the career guidance department once said, "I can't talk about beginners. Aim for advanced!" And was stopped by other teachers. In other words, this teacher was calm, saying that he couldn't talk about the guardian in front of him, who was in the elementary position of a local public servant (`o´). What is this insensitivity! !! !!
The principal, who was appointed by the prefectural board of education personnel section chief for "immediately before retirement, honorary transfer to his high school" (laughs), was waiting for the bus in front of the entrance of the main building of the school building to go to the civil service exam. Even though I walked in front of the bus, there was no word of encouragement, but when I was going to take the entrance exam, I gave everyone an admission ticket for "Ichikatsuchi" and encouraged them. For that teacher, it is proof that taking the civil service exam was not an "examination" that should give "one win." It was an impossible discriminator who couldn't imagine how we got the admission ticket. Still, he is a former prefectural board of education personnel section chief. (If you say that you need to confirm this fact, you can give your personal name, but it is useless because the prefectural board of education does not respond to the investigation.)
There is also a lack of information and a lack of awareness of decisive teachers in the guidance for students going on to higher education. As a result, there are quite a few graduates who went on to university "for the time being" but had trouble when they graduated.
Specifically, it is said, "If you want to work as a civil servant in the prefecture, go to the Faculty of Law of K University." However, the teachers do not know or cruelly know that this is irresponsible execution guidance. Are you saying on that? (Even the confident "super up-and-coming" teachers who had dropped out at K book high school did so (laughs). I will explain why executions are executed from a different direction. Active Q University law students are beginners. I passed the exam, dropped out of college and got a job. Do you understand what this means?)
Even if I'm wondering whether it's the Faculty of Economics or the Faculty of Business Administration, there is no teacher in the Career Guidance Room who can distinguish between them, so I have to think for myself (laughs).
If aspiring coaches of a sports gym who worked hard in physical education club activities shunned the K University Faculty of Education physical education course (no track record!) And shifted to a vocational school (has a track record!), The teacher would be angry. It was an unpleasant remark. In the spring of my second year at a vocational school, I was offered a job early (laughs). This friend couldn't have had an interview and a treatise guidance from his homeroom teacher or career guidance department.
A friend of a "mother-child family", the chief nurse of a private hospital, was forcibly recommended by the grade chief to the Faculty of Science at a private university in Tokyo, and had a sad face. It is natural that the mother's annual income is not 3 million yen, but the tuition and living expenses are 12 million yen for 4 years. I was told that without knowing it, so I explained it to the grade chief teacher, but it should be able to do that much! When. The teacher who grew up as a boy (so I was able to go to that university) doesn't know. I don't even know. I can't do much part-time work in science (; ᯅ;).
It is a big question whether this is the "best high school" mentioned in other reviews.
Also, when I was a teacher, a teacher who ranted to students during class saying, "Jump out of the window and die!" Was triumphantly triumphantly at the principal, and at the entrance ceremony, "Our school is about to study. Make friends. There is a fact that there was a grade chief who said, "I'm not trying hard for club activities!" (If you say that you need to confirm this fact, you can give your personal name, but it is useless because the prefectural board does not respond to investigations or guidance.)
Not a little, the teachers' eyes are not properly facing the area.
Unfortunately, these are the experiences of our graduates.
When I was a student, I received essay guidance from scratch from a teacher for the AO entrance examination of a famous national university.
The AO entrance examination itself was reckless because of my ability, and the teacher talked directly to the university outside the homeroom teacher and career guidance department who did not accept the talk in the first place. ..
For three months, one short article, including an English dissertation taken from the Internet (one of which was the one of a scholar who later won the Nobel Prize, and I was surprised again by the teacher's forensic eyes). Although it was time, I asked the graduate students of the doctoral course of Keio University to see what I wrote two months later with intensive, detailed, and dense guidance, and it was evaluated as a graduation thesis level. It was.
Unfortunately I couldn't pass, but at the interview, one of the world's leading professors told me that it was interesting.
However, most of the classmates were worried about the "guidance" that took less than 30 minutes in total, which was a rough one-handed effort from the assigned teacher, and at the end, there were many friends who depended on the teacher. Thanks to that, there was a classmate who was able to pass. The teacher took care of nearly 20 students without giving up any such care. This is something that none of the teachers at the time knew, but it is a fact.
It doesn't seem to change much even now, so I wrote it. I would like to expect the school to put a great deal of effort into teaching.
I wrote it at the recommendation of a friend who wrote other reviews.
By the way, this handle name was given by the teacher, and it is a German word meaning "walk like a rhinoceros" (Nietzsche).
As a result, I am now flying around the world.
To all current students, do your best slowly but surely, like a rhinoceros, while solidifying your feet! And choose a teacher! !! !!
One star would be artificial. It's the best high school in the Kuma region. There is a branch school in Itsuki Village.
Other rating is ★ 1 and grass
In Hitoyoshi Kuma, the deviation value is the highest ... good or bad
Agriculture, industry, and commerce if you have a goal!
