It can be stopped for free within one hour. It is convenient to use the ATM of a nearby post office when the post office parking lot is full. Even if you stop for a whole day, it costs 200 yen, so if you use the Shinkansen in Tokyo or Karuizawa, you can stop here as well. It is possible to park about 45 cars, but during the high season only some people may park here and walk in the direction of Oiwake, so it may be better to come early in the morning. There is also a bicycle storage area.

To get to the Karuizawa outlets, stop at Sakudaira PA and stop by train to avoid congestion. By the way, at the peak of summer, traffic congests down the Usui interchange, and from there to the outlets. In bad times it can take up to two hours. However, the real street is Miyoda Station.
