Nanadaru Onsen Hotel

We stayed here 2 years ago. We booked the same day as our ferry from shimoda was canceled and we had to stay one more day in the neighbourhood. The staff was super nice and very helpful. Food and rooms were good. Onsens and private onsens (most are private here, no need to book, just walk in and close doors) were just perfect!

we just did the 日帰り温泉 but we were surprised how good it was!! From outside it looks quite old, but the Onsen is right next to a waterfall and really beautiful! From that place it is also to do a hike to all the seven waterfalls, which takes approx. 2 hours one way. It is worth hiking to the last big waterfall.

Perfect, we stayed there sick last year. Found it the same day, booked and just went there. They are great!

All 5 baths in the building can be reserved free of charge. It is very nice with thick hot water and taste. Spring water is also drawn in the rock bath, so you can drink while taking a bath. Very soft and delicious water. The impression is that the food and rooms are priced. Recommended for those who like bathing.

It was a satisfying inn according to the word of mouth. The food is voluminous and I'm on a diet, but I'm hungry 😁 The bath is also reserved and you can take it slowly. Except for a part of the open air, it was a little hot. In the morning, a squirrel 🐿 was running around in the tree seen from the window ☺️ Sake is 3500 yen in a 720 ml bottle 😅 ❗️ What kind of liquor is it 🧐
