Platforms are connect by bridge with no elevator. Its hard for traveler with stroller. Just local train stop here.

We went to Nara from our Airbnb here. We took the local train to Uji first and later took the rapid regional to Nara Station frm Uji. Save more time.

It became barrier-free in March 2020 and is new and easier to use. The old station building with a sense of history has been demolished. I'm afraid I can't help it. There are early and late blooming cherry blossoms, and you can enjoy cherry blossoms from February to April.
