自分にあったトレーニングを受ける事ができ、食事の面でもアドバイスをもらっていてとてもいい環境です！
今回、停滞期となったのでファスティングにチャレンジしました！
9日間で結果は5キロ減！！停滞期脱出できそうです！！

I think the location and service content are excellent even though the price is low. I've been to the Urawa store, but both machines and trainers are wonderful. There is also a trainer with specialized knowledge, and I was surprised and impressed when a certain physical disorder was cured in about 30 seconds.
