A nice day out with the kids. It was pretty quiet day. The kids loved the rides. We went on the monorail. There is a small restaurant that serves Japanese food only. There is also a snack shop that sells fried items and ice cream. However, I felt the animal enclosures are too small especially for the lions and leopards.

Excellent place for kids. It also has some rides for kids. Need to pay separately 200jpy. Clean and baby carts available Only make sure you ensure its open before visit Easy access from A line tram to kengunmachi.

Zoo really isn't our cup of tea. We went because we were nearby for boat activities which unfortunately didn't happen as the boathouse was closed. The zoo was not really in the best condition..small cages for huge birds like eagle, some animals seemed alone n isolated inside the cage, birds like cranes had very small pondlike space n the water wasn't really the cleanest, polar bear seemed very hot (the area it was in didn't really feel that cold)...Maybe we just hated seeing them trapped like that, didn't really enjoy this experience..But those with kids seemed to enjoy..

It's a zoo. With lions. Also a small botanical garden. Good if you like zoos and botanical gardens.

A great place to bring your kids. Plenty of animal to see in the zoo. Many people have picnic here. However, there is a long walk from the tram station to the entrance.
