I joined around October. I was a beginner at the gym, but the staff politely taught me how to use the machine, so I was relieved. ◎ At night, the fairy lights at the entrance of the gym were shining, and the appearance and interior were nice like a cafe. I feel better! The machines, showers, toilets, etc. are all clean and well-ventilated, so you can go there with peace of mind even at this time of year. Whenever I enter the gym, the staff greets me cheerfully, and it's a very cozy and comfortable space ^ _ ^
混んでないのでマシンを結構自由に使えます。
コンパクトなジムですが必要なものは揃ってると思います。
全体的に清潔です。
オーナーも適度な距離感でマシンの使い方教えてくれて、そのとおりやったら凄い効きました。
駐車場が3台ということで少ないけど、近隣の人が多いのか、停めれなかった事はないです。
月会費も安いし、悪いとこないかな。
ジム初心者ですがスタッフ(トレーナー？)の方が器具の使い方から優しく教えてくださり、とても良いトレーニング時間を過ごせています。木目調の部屋の雰囲気も良くおすすめです。

The atmosphere is completely different from the general gym.
Also, even now, the equipment and the like are gradually evolving and expanding, and when I notice it, there is something wrong! ? (Laughs) (fan, variable dumbbell, EZ bar, various pull attachments, etc.)
In addition to a low monthly membership fee with no membership fees, hydrogen water is free, you can drink paid Gacha protein (bulk sports), and you can feel free to discuss your workout concerns.
I'm looking forward to a slow drink of protein by the window, rather than returning immediately after finishing my workout.
It's such a nice gym that I don't really want to teach to people.
I've been to 5 gyms so far, but this local gym is like a cafe.
When I was going to the gym, I didn't get fat because of my enthusiasm, but when I stopped, I gained weight.
The price for the general public is also great, and as long as there is this place, I don't think I'll get fat anymore (laughs).
