I'm surprised that it has a bad reputation. I think the price is general, but I think the response is very good. We put out coats every year, and we usually ask the aunts of the part to deal with them, but all of them are happy to serve customers. It's a smile.

The price is considerably higher than that of a nearby laundry shop. The clerk's response is random and has not been manualized, so even a small number of customers cannot be covered. The annual membership fee is high and annoying direct mails are sent.

Correspondence of cleaning of the button was worst. I pointed out at the shop front of the button, even though I said "I inform the clerk and wrap it back", I have not heard from you for two weeks. After that I will contact you from here as well, "I will contact you to confirm" No further contact for a week. Although I said that I ordered the button from the maker and reattached it, I will try to take the cleaning fee as it is unless I say it from here. We are doing quite a few things as a company.
