Healthy Sidewalk

The stimulus transmitted to the soles of my feet is intense and irresistible just by walking a few steps here, and I haven't been able to walk around yet, so I haven't trained enough. At least I want to kindly reach the bench half a lap ....., but the foot acupoint stimulation is in agony. At a later date, after a long training, I was able to walk around during the holidays, and although the pain I felt on the soles of my feet was still the same, I was satisfied with the sense of accomplishment. You can walk or run along the coastline of about 1 km. You can lay a sheet on the grass and set up a tent to rest.
